Vernal Utah to 80 best way?

2014 bounder towing. I see 191 but it looks like switchbacks and mountain grades. Any thoughts of heading from Moab to vernal to 80 than east to Wisconsin
Thanks!

I've driven 191 in my 43' with a toad and I've never had a problem. You see semi's on it all the time. You shouldn't have any problems.

We've done 191 both directions and yes, it's steep but doable. Downhill - get into lower gear before you even start going down. Then you'll use your brakes minimally. Uphill will just be slow. Only you know how your motorhome is on steep hills.

From Moab you could also take 128 (by the river - pretty drive) at Moab to I-70 east and at Rifle, CO take 13 north which becomes 789 into Wyoming to I-80. This would be a lot easier than 191.

Rifle State Park would make a very nice stop.

Coming from Ouray a few weeks ago we opted for Hwy 13 to Hwy 789 heading towards Dubois, Wy. It was a nice drive. Overnighted in Craig, Co.
