Interesting, Scott. But many seem to change from year to year. I have found that some that were great one year are less than that the next. More in the north where frost takes its toll.

Yeah, not sure what the method of ranking is but, it is interesting. Being from Michigan originally, I can attest to the roads being some of the worst. I would have guessed worst actually.
Louisiana has to be in there due to Katrina I would guess.

I-10 across Louisiana has been the stuff of legend for years. Way back in 1997 we about shook a 5th wheel apart coming back from Gatlinburg to Houston.
Actually, Louisiana has done quite a bit of work on the west end of I-10.
