I'm also planning some maintenance on my TPO roof and have been doing some research on sealants. Dicor issued a bulletin regarding a change to some TPO materials beginning in 2011 when the original patent for TPO expired. They now sell a kit that includes a primer to be used and then something called Ultra Sealant. Won't affect me since mine is a 2010.
