1993 Avion 35` 5th Wheel, 2 slides

Hi.
I am a new member to this great site and find myself faced with the same question that I am sure many of the members here have asked themselves...What to own...5th Wheel Trailer or Class A coach?
Having researched the used Class A option and receiving excellent advice and suggestions from the motorhome section of iRV2 I am now here to learn all I can about 5th Wheel Trailers for full timing.
I have found a 1993 Avion 35` with 2 slides for $7,000 in Washington State.
Although an older unit it looks clean at least from the photos provided.
I would appreciate any advice on this model of trailer. It looks heavy to me but then that can also mean strongly built as well. I do not see many of these models on the road or in RV lots. I have not made the trip out to see it yet.
