Hi to all...I'm a newby to your site and have a question about the above. I've found what I believe to be a good deal on this 5r.

I have concerns on the Alumium exterior. H/R has used "pop-rivets" to attach the outer skin . I would like to hear if any owners/friends of owners have experienced any problem with the outer skin.

Thanks in advance

We have a 2001 27sks Alumascape TT with the rivets and no problems. Had a 97 or 98 before with no problems.

Good luck.

We have the 2002 30SKS with alum. sides. No issues what so ever with the rivets or aluminum. It still looks brand new. Great fiver. Go for it!
