2005 was the year Doubletree moved from electric slideouts and jacks (such as we have on our 2004 Mobile Suites) to hydraulic slideouts and jacks. There were some teething problems with these hydraulics that usually got worked out. However, I would be sure that the slides and jacks both extend and retract smoothly before I made any commitments.

Otherwise, it's a well built rig if you have a truck that's rated to handle the total and pin weights.

I got one--what are you interested in particularly?

I bought it used in 2007 and haven't had a problem with it that I didn't cause. My wife loves it after having several travel trailers. Mine grosses at 17400lbs ready to travel.
