2006 Savoy LX leak

I have a 2006 Savoy LX 5th wheel. I have a leak in the rear area thta's driving me crazy. I have removed and resealed the roof trim, the running lights, brake lights, the seams above the wheels. I still mange to have wet carpets along both outside walls. Does anybody have any suggestions?

How about the windows? Are the drain holes in the bottom of the window frames clean and draining properly? Is the caulking around the frames in good shape?
The moisture also could be building up at the bottom of the walls from condensation if it is cold on the outside and warm inside.
