Do you have auto level with the four jacks? If not, the rear may be manually operated as are mine on my Carriage. Look underneath - - is the unit a piston type stand that comes straight down, or is does it look long with a spiral rod in the middle with a hex device on the outside end- - if it is a rod, that is manually operated. Look around in the storage (usually kept in the rear) and see if there is a long handled tool with a socket on the end that will fit that hex - - then crank away - - just takes a minute. If this is what you have, know that it is not for leveling - - it is for stabilization. Do not try to overcrank it and break it. It will lower at an angle to create great side to side stability.
