Here's the pics of the closet I modified for the cat litter box. The walls and floor are lined with white corrugated polypropylene and there is an additional sheet of clear polycarbonate on the bottom. White silicone caulk is used on all seams. There is also a length of aluminum angle along the bottom lip of the closet to protect the edge from damage when removing the litter box.

Here's the ladder rack I made for the rear bumper. Stainless steel framework and 2" receiver.

What's not shown is the 2" receiver lock to hold it in place. Also a U-shaped bicycle lock and a couple of small ratchet straps to hold the ladder on the rack. Since installing I've repainted the bumper and the lower part of the receiver section gloss black. My wife was following me on the last trip in her car and said there was no movement or sway while going down the road.

In the future I may make an aluminum diamond plate box that will also fit in the receiver to handle a generator and fuel.
