I was inspecting my trailer today and noticed one of my tires has a line cut into the tread. The line goes all the way around the tire. I pulled the slide in and saw that a bracket on the slide was about a inch above the tire damage. The tire is elevated slightly from uneven ground. Anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions for a fix?

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Yes! We have a Wildcat 29RKP and had two tires on the passenger side ( there is a patio deck on that side ) and they FR had put on several screws that were too long into the frame. We, too, noticed two tires had the deep gouges all the way around the tires. FR took care of it 100% . They pointed us to and repair shop called Allegiant in Goshen, Indiana. They had to cut away part of the frame to the patio, and put in new, shorter screws. They also replaced the damaged tires. Our rig was only produced as far as I can tell for 3 years and they quit producing it so we figured that may be the reason why. My understanding from FR was they use all one size of screw on the frames and should have shortened them during the build. I think I remember that Prime Time was bought out by FR (? ).
