I've had my GD Solitude for over 2 1/2 years. It's a great company. Customer service is by far the best I've ever had to deal with..

Like any other manufacturer they have their issues but I think it's a good company. There are good dealers and the those dealers that are terrible and can make a huge difference in owner satisfaction. My local dealer sucks in my opinion and I bought my Momentum 385TH out of state to save $12,000 over my local price. Great thing about Grand Designs is they will ship parts directly to you, at least from everything I've heard they will. We've only had our 385 for a little over a month but we really like it.

Nice he bought from campers inn in ma. I know what you mean i got a great deal on a left over i found online at a local dealer even beat them up on the price some more surprisingly. I didnt care for them to begin with and they lived up to that telling me my TT came with a tv I denied the orientation because I was in a rush from work never put the slide out got home no tv I called and what do you know oh sorry your unit doesn't come with a tv. So you know how that ended I went back there and it turned into a blow out and thankfully I've not brought it back to them once and have owned it a year this past July this dealers are jokes they pulled a fast one on me I would have had them if I checked but I owned it once they didn't see my tail lights

Traded in my reflection 337 within a year after buying it. Too many factory issues.

We liked the reflection for the size. Great flr plan and storage. First issue was the factory failed to cut the heat duct opening under the furnace, almost burnt up, the dealer was very conserned, factory said to bring it to them, not that easy.I repaired it myself to make sur it was right. Second, black tank burping back when half full, this was caused by the vent pipe being to deep into the tank, third, looking in the front closet I could see daylight in the corner, forth, received a recall notice for the wrong size axels put on many units built. Had traded it in by the time the recall came. Yes they all have issues, some more then others.

I've seen Grand Design take back seriously flawed units and give back a brand new one. Any manufacturer can make mistakes, but GD is know for standing behind their product.

2016 reflection 29rs

He picked it up on Saturday seems like a nice well built unit we've run everything in the driveway on Sunday all seems Good we are going away for last trip off the year Veterans Day weekend and well she how it goes. Has a lot of character and options sharp looking rig.. I've seen posts on forms about fifthwheels with slides in the front that the fiberglass cracks under the slide to the floor on the out side and I noticed picking it up with him it has a strip in the corner running down to the bottom about 6inches under the front slide every one of them did and the strip didn't match the unit so it looks like a cover up but every unit had it

Looks like they have been told by the factory to cut it and then add a joint strip to cover where it would crack from flexing. JMHO
