2nd AC question

I have 2005 35' hitchhiker 2 and I am wanting to add a second a/c. I've read some post and as far as I can tell it is wired. It has breaker already installed for a second a/c and a blank cover in the bedroom ceiling with #12 romex in it but the cover is labeled generator circuit. Also no vent in the bedroom. So is it already framed and a whole just needed to be cut. Any advice appreciated.

If you contact NuWa with your VIIN, they will be able to tell you if it is wired for a second a/c. They provide really good service

If it's framed and romex is there, it's ready. The other question should be, is it ducted or not?
