Can 303 protectant be used on rv roofs and vynle graphics?

I was told anything vinyl or plastic and it is the best stuff to use.

I use 303 on vinyl, plastic and rubber.

I've also used it for years on tires, for the UV protection. Not really into the shine effect of most tire dressings - just want the UV protection, and 303 does this without that wet shine look.
