3rd A/C in larger 5th Wheels

I notice several mfg's have the option of including a 3rd A/C unit in the living area (most are front living rooms). Living in the hot climate down south, that may be something to consider.

I do have a question about this option. Can all 3 units run at the same time on 50 amps?

Yes, they can.
50 Amp service is actually 2x50=100Amp service.
For 3 AC's to run simultaneously you need somewhere around 40Amp plus power for the converter/charger, tv, microwave..... - no problemo.

Yes, unless the 5th wheel manufacturer uses some sort of limiter in the power system.

A 15K BTU air conditioner uses about 15 Amps steady state 110v. So three AC units steady state will be 45 amps. (About 30 amp start up surge < 1 second)

A "50 AMP" RV receptacle is really 100 amps 110v, since it is 220v split off into two 110v 50 amp legs with associated breakers. As long as you don't start all three AC's at the same time with other loads on the system, you would have no issues with three AC's.

I can even run two AC's off of 30 amp service, but this allows really no other loads on the system (no microwave, water heater etc).
