5er advice needed

We are considering buying a second RV.... a small 5er; like around 24 feet. The ideal one would be light enough to be towed by a gas engine 3/4 ton.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to what brand and model to search for in a used (around $10,000) 5er.

Thanks in advance.

I was also thinking of getting a small 5er. I ended up with a smaller trailer instead. I liked the KZ Sportsmen. I will say I like a small 5er over a small trailer but just the way things worked out.

KZ also builds the Durago 1500 series. Not sure how far back they go. I would think a 2006 or 2007 could be purchased for around 10g's.

The specs on their S235RK look nice. Particularly the waste tank gallonage. Thanks for that suggestion. I've not heard of thayt brand name before

The S235RK wss the exact floorplan I was looking at. The rear kitchen is the only model with the larger holding tanks.

KZ has been around a long time. The dealers around me sell them so that is how I knew about them from years ago.

KZ makes a Durango 1500 model that is short but has opposing slides in the living area. That really opens up the back. I also liked that model.
