Will not a true full timer 5er but would work is a Cougar 318SAB. This has a desk area and A swing out TV that you are looking for. This is one of the reason I bought this model. I use the desk area for a computer station on our 5er.

As mentioned the 3/4 ton is probably going to be inadequate. As for the desk, if the floor plan allies, remove the dining table, or the couch, or the two recliner chairs, and build your own desk in place of whatever you remove.

Numerous 5ers have a rear lounge with two recliner/lounge chairs in the very back end, and a couch/bed and dining set on the left side. If there are only two or less people you don't need all that sitting capacity. Remove something and install a desk in its place. Simple solution, and still have everything else.
