5th wheel insurance, permanent set up

I now have Progressive for my 5th wheel but we have put the rig on a leased site in Myrtle Beach. We plan to block it up and skirt it. At that point, Progressive will no longer insure it as an RV and says I will need to insure it as a mobile home.

Curious to know what insurers others in a similar situation have used. I understand Foremost offers mobile home insurance thru the AARP.

leave wheels and tires on it and keep it a 5th wheel. as im sure the park will require it tagged. Tagged means it still a vehicle. If not tagged some states consider it permenant and the park property assessment goes up.so higher taxes.

Wheels are going to stay on but I want to skirt it. It has SC DMV title and is taxed as personal property.
