As to your issue, it is simply a lack of water when doing number 2. Lots of water is the big key. And since this is sitting on a seasonal site. Try filling the black tank with water on Sunday afternoon and leave it that way all week. I suspect since it is empty or nearly so it is drying out during the week causing your biggest problem. Leaving it full after dumping would allow the water to help break down the poo pile during the week. Then simply pull the plug qnd drain the stuff out on Friday nite, add a few gallons and chemicals and tour ready to go.
