OK, here's the expert question for you....
I am thinking of upgrading from my Toy Hauler to a 5er. I have a small portable gen but would like to get a bigger one to run the 2 A/C's in the 5er.
It comes with a 15K BTU and a second 13.5K BTU A/C in the bedroom. It also has a 50 amp service.
I don't see any gen sets with a 50 amp plug (just 30's) and I don't know if the 30 amps would pass enough power.....
Any help would be appreciated.

Two Honda EU2000 gensets using the connecting power cord to use both at the same time will run both AC units. Kinda spendy but it seems to be the best setup for what you desire. You can use only one genset if the weather is mild and AC is unneeded.

FWIW, my Onan (Marquis Gold 6500W) will run both A/C's without problem (or my big A/C and the convection oven). Nothing like roughing it...
Maybe not what you are looking for, but yeah, there are units that'll run that kind of load.

You need more power than a portable generator (that you can move around) will provide. Each A/C unit that you have would require the power of a Honda EU3000 to run. Look into the Onan generators as mentioned above.

Not to disagree with any of the responders, because for the most part they are right.
You need to know what the wattage draw is for the 15btu unit and the 13.5 in the bedroom. Once you know that convert the wattage to amps,
watts/120v=amps. You can run it the other way as well.
Some of the newer Coleman 13.5 non ducted have a power saver on them. The power saver is the compressor. They don't draw the power that others do.
I have a Generac 4kw xl with a 6kw surge built in that will run both the 15 and 13.5 units. So when I need to run A/C with no power hook up I use the bedroom A/C on low. I can run the TV,
microwave, and the converter with no problems.
I can also run both at a campground on 30amps as well. Never do though. Usually take the frid off gas and let it kick in. But when on Gen I leave the frig on gas.
I don't know what your generator is rated at. If you have a 30amp plug I would guess its at least 4kw.
