You can buy a hitch for the rear of your camper that will mount to the frame. Another option is to contact a local metal fab shop and they could custom make a hitch, it shouldn't be too expensive for a basic hitch. As far as road dirt being a issue, get a bike cover and bungie strap it on. Another thing to consider is to install a rear camera to monitor the bikes.

Go to E trailer . You can buy an expandable hitch . You just need a drill and a friend to install it.2" hitch. Goes between your frame rails . About $375

Those bike hitches are weak your bikes bounce all over going down the road. Definitely not for 4-5 bikes or any really. They suck.
