We have decided to switch from a DP to a 5er for a number of reasons. We would like some help locating the "right" floorplan. Went to the Tampa show and learned a lot. The floorplan for us must have a private (aka side aisle) bath. We would even consider a walk thru bath as long as the sink is not in the bedroom. We saw and liked the Titaniums but the DW did not like the steps on the sides of the bed and, especially, the header right above the bed. The next plan (and the current one also) is the Cameo 32SB2 which runs to 33' and is a little heavy. At this point I will mention we would like to keep the length down to 30 - 32". 30 is better. If anyone knows of a 5er built within the last 4 years with the required bath arrangement and at or below 32', please let me know.
Thanks.

And Tiara RV has a Domani on sale!

NuWa has a HitchHiker II Lite that's in your range, too, at 31ft 8in.

Keystone even has one as short as 26ft - though I wouldn't go that small. You can only take so much closeness!

Note: There seems to be no correlation between the numbers used in the model number & the actual lengths. I think the mfr's just make up these numbers so you THINK you're pulling something shorter than it really is!!!

Since you have specific requirements, no matter what I or anyone else think of them that is what you want. I would suggest that you visit all of the manufacturer web sites to see which ones fit your wants. You can do this in just a few hours of web browsing. Then once you have a list of those floor plans and brands that fit your wants, start your search for used on places like RV.net, RVTRADERONLINE.com EBAY.com to see what is available within a reasonable driving distance for you. You can always give us a list of the brands you are considering and we will give you suggestions on brands to shy away from. Then it is simply a matter of doing your visits to see which ones look the best for the dollars you want to spend.

Excel has several floorplans that meet your requirements.
