I am buying a Sunnybrook30RKFS on the spring ( actually feb1) Do I need a air compressor since this is a big rig and I would have trouble getting air ( I think)
Read that the Husky from Home Depot was good for $100 Need info

You can get air for your big rig at any truck stop.

Tom I carry a small compressor I bought at Sears for about $40 bucks. It will air up several tires on one charge so I cAN DO IT IN THE MORNING WHEN THE TIRES ARE COOL.

I have a 1 HP tankless compressor that I've used in the garage for several years. I permanently installed it in the landing gear compt. of my 5th wheel yesterday so that it would always be available. I can run it from the generator if necessary, and air up tires on the trailer, truck, or bicycle.

Thanks for the replays.I talked to my dealer and he said that I really wont need to fill the tires that much soooo I am interested in the $40.00 A C tha that you bought at sears

I have a 110 volt tankless compressor from Sears. I allows me to adjust pressures on cold tires vs hitting a truck stop and guessing. I find it most useful in making large changes in the truck tires when going from 50/55 psi normal run around to 70/70 psi for towing at the start of a trip or leaving an extended stay site. I found the 12 volt compressors I used took forever. This one is relatively fast and very compact for tool box storage.

I just bought a Coleman AC with a 2gal tank. 120 lbs presser to replace my tankless one. I got it at Pepboys for 60.00. yestarday. Only 20lbs and very small in size. Not much bigger than my tankless one. I wasn't even looking for one but this thing is pretty neat little package.
