We learned that you were dissatisfied with our service and the condition you received your new Keystone Alpine in . For that we do appologise and look forward to working with you to remedy the situation and make a happy camper out of you.
Outlined are issues you expressed concern with.
1- The unit arrived at your place dirty inside and out . For that we will be glad to send you a mobile detail service to clean the floor and shampoo the carpet. ( Please keep in mind that you were moving things in for over 2 weeks on daily basis tracking all kinds of dirt in.) But never the less you needed it to arrive clean and we are happy to clean it.
2- You have stated that the black tank was full and had fecal matter when you emptied it . We will be glad to send you a professional company to flush and sanitize all your tanks.
3- You have some manufacturer defect issues ( Noisy bedroom AC, sheet metal adjustments, slide out seal and rams to be lubricated , etc ). We will be glad to send a mobile RV tech to your location to address these issues as long as they are out of factory specs. Keep in mind please, some of these issues might require a return visit by the tech if parts or factory authorization are needed.
