I don't see that the AG would be interested in this at all. They tried to downplay serious defects, just like every used car salesman I've ever dealt with. They did refund his money. If an AG was concerned about a bad floor as a safety issue, every old rusted car or truck for sale would be a criminal offense.

Why do the words, Keystone and Problem, often appear in the same sentence ?

Great Outcome.
The next 5er is down the road, with your experience now you will know what to do and where to look. Try to look for a used Excel Winslow or NuWa Hitchhicker. Both are well built 5th Wheel trailers built for full time.

You can add to the list Carriage Cameo or go a bit more for a Carrilite. If you want really high end, Teton, King of the Road for out of business manufacturers. Or DRV Mobile Suited or Elite Suites.

It's up to the individual but running is a good thought. I picked up a class C with 28k miles that had a major buldge in the rear side. About 25% of bluebook. Took it to my neighbor and less than a grand later it was fine. Drove for 20k miles in 3 years with no issues what so ever and sold it for 8k$ more than paid.
But I would never do it again my neighbor is gone and I don't want the hassle

Dealers like that are bad news, we have one like that close to us and I wouldn't buy a door mat from them. They are full of you know what and you can't trust them.

I know some will not agree with this but the best place to buy a used RV of any kind is Camping World. These units have to be useable and in reasonable condition or the dealership has to make it that way. You also have the recourse of calling the home office and believe me when you do that something will be done to make you happy.

CW does not "have" to make their units usable. They can sell them however they want. We can do that too. However, it doesn't make for good relations. CW could care less because they have the volume. We, being a small dealer, have to keep our relations high to keep from going out of business.
So, you can buy local, or buy national.
