I believe it is. The yellow wires probably go the the contacts on the dirt devil. No other reason I can think of. Use an ohmeter and open the dirt devil cover. There should be a couple of contacts if you look closely. Test between those and the yellow wires.
I would bet a beer on this one.

In post #14: I've been emailing back and forth the last few days with a DRV tech in Elkhart, so I'll send it to him and see if he can tell me about it."
Does anyone at DRV know what it is? What did the tech say?

It controls 115 VAC with a 12 VDC switch. Could be for a water heater. Look for something AC. The relay will click when you find the correct switch.

Cummins, I'm curious as to what your three load centers are. I had one originally (I added a sub panel for my solar installation) that was for the 120v circuits, and one for the 12vdc ones. You have one more that mine didn't come with.

Looks like they needed more room so they added a sub panel.

I hope you just 'clicked' the relay and didn't leave it on in an empty water heater! Elements are cheap and can be found at Home Depot...

Wow! You have several more 120vac circuits than mine came with. I'm surprised that DRV would break down some circuits further on some trailer series' than others. Maybe you've got some options that mine didn't come with. Interesting, none the less.
