If you are looking at an Arctic Fox, you should also check out their "other" line by Outdoors RV Manufacturing.

Go to Northwood Manufacturing
Check on their web page for dealer locations. The dealers for Northwood are mainly from Texas to the Western states and a few on the East Coast.
From reviewing of the Arctic Fox they are well built heavy fifth wheel trailers. They are on my top 5 list also. Good luck

We've got the lighter version the Fox Mountain. As said very sturdy, but not perfect. We've had a few issues. Although in the realm of the RV issue world it's about average. IMO anyone who buys one and has no problems is lucky and should buy a lottery ticket every time they use it. We bought a Northwood product for a couple reasons, one they build their own frames, they don't use Lippert axles and they are close (300 miles) to us. Overall fit and finish is exc. It's the little things like any RV has that are nagging. A squeak here, a water leak there. Nothing major at all. Just little annoyances. Would I buy one again. Absolutely. Too many positive's, like LED lighting, remote control Fantastic fan, great CCC, nice fit and finish on cabinetry.

Arctic Fox are even nicer.

We have had a Arctic Fox 29-5T for seven years. We had the following issues:
1st year (warranty) - window problem - dealer installed new window after it was overnighted to the dealer.
(warranty) - P trap had a once in a while drip (tightened it and never again)
(warranty) - end of year, drip in ourside shower - hand tightened connection and never again)
5th year - main slide motor died. Called factory. For their cost they shipped me a motor and instructions. 45 minutes later fixed. $350.00
6th year (I broke one of the shade strings. Order kit and repaired it. Learned a lot)

That has been it. I do the maintenance the owner's manual says, keep the unit out of the weather in its barn. I never found anything that you tow down the road that things did not work loose now and again. The rest of the upgrades I have done myself or with the help of a friend that is a cabinet maker.

We ordered this trailer to our specifications and ask for upgrades that were not listed on the options sheet. The factory went out of their way to accomodate us. It is a great trailer. It is heavy, but very well built.
