We always hear about the bad experiences,
so I want to give a shout out to a GOOD dealer...

Some of you may have seen my post about the schwintek slide system and the troubles I've had with it...

I have to give BIG Props to Ken, Roger, and Bill at Best Value RV in Denton, Tx !!!!

They found the opening in our slide was 3/8th's of an inch off which, I guess, caused drag where sometimes the slide would twist and bind.

The last three times I've tried it, it has worked flawlessly !

Thanks guys ! Makes our camping trips much more relaxing

(And FYI, they went above and beyond on other things I asked about on the rv - give them a try !)
