The living room slide goes out OK,but on retraction it comes about 12 inches in then stops and the clutch chatters.I go outside lean against it and the wife retracts it.After it get over this one point it goes in normally.

I have tried to find something hanging up,checked the Cogs they are OK.It seems to be in alignment..
Appreciate any thoughts...

Do you ever lube it with a DRY (very important) lube? Not oil, not WD-40, not grease.

That's how I'm reminded to use dry moly spray lube on the slide-out mechanism, and rubber lubricant on the sealing rubber, if I forget.
