Yes indeed, it sounds strange, but it is our experience none the less. We dealt with customer service and two other folks at Evergreen. Our experience is that there is no such thing as customer service at Evergreen. Early on when had a good response form one person and he authorized another repair service to do warranty work. From that point is has all gone down hill. I know there will be issues with new RV's and car's and trucks, etc, but not to the extent we've had with Evergreen. When we bought a new Jayco a few years before the Bay Hill, our experience at the dealer and with Jayco was totally different than our experience with Evergreen.

Contrary to some folks thoughts. Most people couldn't afford a Teton and a couple of the othe high end brands thar
south. Probably due to mismanagement , recession, etc.
There are still companies that build high end 5th wheels, Spacecraft etc
Again most folks can't afford those trls.
I agree that the 50 grand or less or more on some cases have problems . Some more then others just the nature of the business.

I have an Evergreen 320RS, and have now just experienced my first problem. My Dometic Power Awing froze up. With the Awing down I didn't have the ability to take my RV to the dealer, so I contracted a Roadside Service outfit to fix the problem. After this experience, I believe that would be the route best taken in all repairs. The motor repair is covered under warranty.


I did have to pay $110 for the outfit's service call. But there was no waiting, and I didn't have to leave my RV with the Dealer.
