The DW and I both enjoy going to sleep to music. The problem we found was that one of us would have to have the radio up so loud so the other could hear it that the person with the radio on their side of the bed couldn't sleep.

Our solution: We purchased an under the counter radio/CD player and installed it directly above our bed - by attaching it to the bottom of the bed's overhead cabinet. Now each of us can hear the music while it's at a very low soothing level -- and it looks like it belongs!
