Excellent advise given. I am also looking at a fiver purchase and after about a year of research, DRV (Elite Suite/Mobile Suite/Select Suite) is one of the best "true" 4 season 5th wheel RVs available. They all come with 3 1/4 inch thick R16 walls, R25 roof and R29 floors which is right among the top among the manufacturers. While no RV will be 100% without problems, DRV Suites are generally put together pretty well.
