There are two bedrooms in that rig, the four children have the quad bunks bedroom in the rear (with their own bathroom in the middle of the room), the parents have the conventional forward bedroom.
Yes all of these trucks are pulling fivers, with an RV hitch.
The HDT (Heavy Duty Trucks) group has been around for about 10-15 years, there are by now probably 1,000-1,500 of these rigs converted to RV use and more are being converted every day. They have couple of Rallies every year (Kansas and Tennessee).

By the way before I converted that red Volvo I bought the truck for $27K (half the price of a new pickup), but it had 800,000 miles on it so it's not for those "faint of heart". If you want to learn more send me a message or an email, I'm always happy to "enlighten people" on the subject.
Oh, you don't need CDL to drive these converted trucks, I never had one.
