Calling All Owners
I’ve got a friend who is looking for a 5th wheel to live in fulltime.....
Money is NOT A PROBLEM!!
He’ll be living in this coach in Florida and quality as well as insulation are high on the list....So, if money and quality as well as insulation were not an issue, which 5th wheel would you purchase?
He’s currently looking into a Mobile Suites 5th wheel, but I’m not sure if this is the best way to go....Is there anything higher end than this?

Is he going to tow it or will it be stationary?
If he is going to tow it, is he comfortable driving very large trucks?

I would suggest a good look at Starcraft, they'll build it to your specs and he has the money sounds like.

Spacecraft and new horizons are in a higher price point than drv.

The 5th wheel will not be towed. He’s putting it on a site that he purchased in Florida. So insulation is a major issue.

Why go for a 5th wheel? Why not a park model since it's stationary? No need to have all the hitch, suspension systems on a "house".

Why not a tiny house. That way it could be better insulated and maybe would not depreciate as much.

If it is not going to move I would real hard at park models or possibly mobile homes.

They are not allowed in the park that he’s in.....Full paint and within 10yrs old, 5th wheels and Motorhomes.

Spacecraft and get the 53ft unit with 6 slides. Or go over the top Anderson mobile estate. Anderson mobile estate top of the line your into 7 figures! Lol. Empty the wallet

DRV is a good choice for full time living. A lot of DRV owners are full timers. We live about half time in ours and are pleased with it.
