I would say don't use either, the adhesives used are not designed for the temp extremes that an RV experiences. The adhesive is likely to fail and you will be replacing it in a few years. Use locking vinyl planks, at least 5 mm thick. Any thinner and the locking tongue and groove are too thin and fragil to hold up to movement in an RV. I used 5.5 mm Rustic Acacia from Lumber Liquidators. It has less temp sensitivity than many, only needs 1/4 inch gap at walls vs typical 1/2 inch in a house. In the small area of an RV, 1/8 inch will work. In fact there are places where I used a matching color caulk to fill the gap rather than install trim to hide the gap.
To prevent scratching the flooring, there are protective strips that can be laid down before retracting the slides. Or the slide may clear the floor without dragging on it. In my case, the slides could be adjusted to provide the extra clearance.
