I'm a new member and was wondering does anyone out there have or know someone with a Carriage Carri-Lite 5th wheel with the Arizona room???
I have heard that they may leak. It was a huge selling point for my wife and I because of the way it lets in the light and makes the whole trailer seem more open.
We are ordering one and they do not install the manual awning over the Arizona room any longer...we are at the decision point of ordering the Arizona room with ceiling and wall windows...any advice would be appreciated, Kent

Carriage Carri-Lite 5th wheels are very nice, but also very heavy...there is nothing "lite" about them. GW averages around 17k.

I have heard that in warm climates that the "Arizona" room can be quite warm due to all the windows...any experience with this?

the windows in our carri-lite are double insulated and have a dark tint to them...they also have shades on all windows...we do pull the shades shut in the summer haven't had a problem with over heating from the windows
