challenger fifth wheel 05

Just got a challenger fifth wheel. Had the heater worked on but i am still having problems with the heater in gas mode to come on when the temp. drops. Does anybody have some insight on this as the book is no help for sure. It is one of the hand held electronic devices which sucks!! LOL! I certain would appreciate any feedback you may have. Thanks so much Gayl

You mean the air heater, the furnace? Or the water heater?
Then, what model? Suburban or Atwood?

And what is the problem? Does it come on then go off? Never come on?

I am no expert for sure, but found sometimes that lighting my gas with a BBQ lighter (long neck) would burn off anything that may be stuck ,or in the opening, or the temp hasn't dropped enough to auto-ignite , or you have to call whomever worked on it , maybe the remote just needs new batteries...

You probably thought of all these things but they are my first go to's...
Then I go to the guy who fixed it!!
