Does anyone know where I can find a Circuit Breaker for my 5er? The # on it is AD6673 (15/15) it's a double Breaker. No matter were I look it doesn't exist! Can I use any Square D Residential Breaker as long as the clip on the back of the Breaker is the same & the Breaker is the same dimensions?

If you can find a breaker by a different mfg that has the same clip on the back, amp size and the way it connects to the panel's buss bar you should be ok. Be aware that some rear clips look different but do the same thing.

I would take it to Home Depot, Lowes or supplier and match it up.

.....an make sure the power to the panel is off when removing and installing the breaker.

For knowledge base....how did you deterime the breaker was bad or the problems it was causing?

I will agree.. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, Joe's hardware, Pete's Electrical and take the old breaker with you.

They are standard home type breakers for the most part. Not a special order or RV item.

What brand panel did the breaker come out of?. If it's a Square D QO panel, the only thing that will fit is another Square D QO breaker. These are 3/4 in wide. if the panel is a Square D Homeline panel, the breakers are 1.00 in wide, and a generic industry breaker will fit. But, even with a 1.00 wide breaker, replacing with another Square D breaker is best. And, I betcha you didn't know that all residential breakers are only UL listed for 80% of the handle rating.
