I highly recommend using a Mr. Clean magic eraser mop 1st. Then hand use Mr. Clean Magic eraser sponges.

I have tried many other products and so far nothing works as well as those magic erasers.

I mix 1 cup of bleach, 2 teaspoons of Dawn Blue Ultra dishwasing liquid and 2 gallons of water in a pump sprayer. Spray the solution on the top and underside of awning. Roll up awning. Wait 15 minutes. Open awning and rinse thoroughly. For stubborn stains, repeat and brush the stains before rinsing.

I go to Dollar General and pick up a gallon of AWSOME for a couple of bucks about half for a couple gallons of water then use a car wash brush and brush it on the under side let sit for a couple of minutes the re brush waite a couple more minutes then hose off its the only thing I've found cheap that will get rid of nicotine stains on the awning and black streaks on the rv

Read the owners manual for the awning. Some awnings don't allow bleach. I had a Carefree awning on our TT and the tag on it said 'Do not use bleach'. So does my new 5'er awing. Be careful. What I found to work best was to just use soap and water. Take a long handled brush and a bucket of car wash/water and get the awning soapy watered up. Roll the awning back up and let it sit for 10-20 mins. Roll out and brush again to remove stains and such. Rinse. Works better than scrubbing like crazy.
