Arrow Cleaning the rims

Help!!!! I'm trying to clean up the rims on our 2008 Keystone Big Sky. I think they are aluminum but nothing seems to touch the stains/corrosion on the rim face.

Have you tried Mother's?

If not, this is all I've ever used on aluminum. It's is pretty awesome. You can get it just about everywhere, Walmart, Auto Zone etc.

Another thing that might be happening is that there is clear coat on the rims and the stains got underneath the clear coat. If this is the case, then you have to remove the clear coat before you can polish the rim.

If it is clear coat, removal is a PITA! Then spraying the clear coat again is a double PITA. Polish them, buff them, forget about it. I must admit I'm out there cleaning and buffing after every trip!
