Coachmen Chaparral Lite 268RLE

Hi Everyone! This is my first post. I am thinking of moving up to a 5th wheel and have been looking at a Coachmen Chaparral Lite 268RLE. I really love the rear entertainment area. Does anyone have this trailer that can tell me how it has been holding up and what the actual axle and pin weights are? I never believe the brochure weights and the true Cargo Carrying Capacity. I know that Forest River bought Coachmen and has been improving the quality and build but not sure on the impact to the Chaparral line.
