Columbus 320 height

I have ordered a 2015 Columbus 320 RS and will pick it up in March (very excited as it is my first other than a popup). I am in the process of ordering a nice awning to park it under. I know the spec. height is 12'10". Is there anyone out there with a 320 that can tell me exactly how tall it is to the highest point not including the AC units. For some reason I can not even get this information from the manufacturer or the dealer. Seems to me all you need is a tape measure. I do not want an awning with 3-4 extra feet above the unit. Thanks so much for any exact measurements.
Fly Navy, the best always have.

I can't help you with the actual height, but you may want that extra 3-4 feet. Makes it real nice to have some extra room up there if you need to do some work on the roof.
