Concertone Stereo

Just purchased a new RV with surround sound. Forest River insatlled a Concertone Stereo system and did not include an instruction book. Says the do not provide them. Can't find Concertone on the internet and Forest River is no help. Anyone out there know where I can obtain an instruction book. On the back of the remote are the intitials "PE-HD"

My Cardinal 5er also came with a Concertone. Included was an operating instruction manual.

In the manual they are listed as:

Thanks for the offer. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. After posting this msg. I did speak to someone in Elkhart IN who claims to be the division of Forest River who designs the systems. He said he was going to send one out Fed-Ex that was Fri. the 23rd. Hope something came today or possibly tomorrow. Appreciate your efforts.

We have a Flagstaff Forest River Trailer. On our system we get all the sound but no picture (blank screen) when playing a video or TV. Going across the screen it says Disconnector and it travels across the screen like a screen saver. Has anyone had problems with this? We did not get a manual with it either. Also does anyone have the phone number to call Concertone with this problem. We might need a new system.
