Converting Bunkhouse to Craft Room

Anybody else convert a bunkhouse to other usable space. I would like to see other ideas.
This is the driver side slide with sofa/sleeper removed and desk installed

This is the Passenger side slide closets with shelving installed.

Both bunks are still installed, and we use for storage of plastic bins.

Not my coach so I don't have a picture but, I was invited into a pull type trailer with a bunk room in the rear were the owner built in a model railroad diorama. There was a removable bridge across the door that allowed access into the room. The upper bunk area was the railroad and the lower bunk on one side was converted into a work table. On the other side in the lower section he built a computer work station/office. Did a beautiful job on all of it.

I think the possible options with these floor plans are limitless, just have to watch the weight. Bunks are rated for 300lbs. But not for when they are being deployed or retracted. We removed the sleeper sofa, and it weighted in about the same as the desk. So I feel pretty good there. But the totes(most of them) that are stored on the bunks are moved to floor areas while traveling, and put on the bunks after we land. Machines are stored in front under bed while in transit, smoother ride.
