We just recently purchased a 2011 Cougar 327RES. In 2 months one of the light bulbs in the kitchen blew and then the other one blew a month after that. It's the kind of fixture that hangs from the ceiling and has a small glass shade. We cannot get the light bulb out to save our lives! When you go to turn it, it moves the whole shade. We also can't seem to tell how to get the shade off. We tried pushing, twisting everything but the bulb is so small we are afraid of it busting. Any suggestions?

well hi ckvo
the bulb is a 2 pin push and turn, should pop out if you hold the socket.
i have a 326mks cougar with same lights didn't like the little
shades, the light would be in your eyes while watching tv.
so i changed them out for ones i got at lowes.
keystone makes it hard sometimes, you have to take the fixture down from the ceiling cut the wires and have to buy wire nuts for the wires when you put it back up.
after you have the fixture down take it apart from top down to the shade,
the bulb is a 2 pin push and turn should pop out if you hold the socket.
here is a picture of old and new shade plus in new shade is a led light
from superbright.com.

The same thing happened with ours you have to push in and turn left, use a towel to protect your fingers in case the glass breaks.
