COUGAR Grey water LEAKAGE

Hi!
We own a 2011 318SAB COUGAR by Keystone. Recently, just after warranty is over, the corrugated bottom panelling began to sag. Shortly thereafter there was dripping from the winterization hoses sticking through, directly behind the stairs. Eventually I discovered that grey water from the shower seems to be running down into the insulated area, then through to the corrugated protective panel.

Whenever we shower, now, it seems to drip. Just keeps getting worse.

Has anyone had similar problems, any idea as to the fix involved?

We live in it full-time, and if we have to move out, to leave it in a shop for several weeks, it requires some careful planning.

We had the same problem with our Keystone Outback. Fortunately we caught it while under warranty. It has been at the dealer for three weeks and they finally got to it. Keystone is replacing the grey water tank.

Thanks for this.

I'll check with our extended warranty folks, to see if this might be covered.
