Crazy Towing Set-Up

I recently saw a post about a crazy truck/fiver set-up. It was being towed by a pick-up with some kind of modified ball hitch like a conventional hitch.
Anyway, on my return home from S FL yesterday I say something just as crazy. On I-95 was a newer Wildcat fifth-wheel being towed by a Ford E-450 bus type passenger van. The fiver had a gooseneck with a ball mount and was hitched to a ball on the rear of the van. The fiver nose was angled down so sharply that the rear axle was hardly touching the pavement.
I can't imagine this being safe. I wonder if the FL Highway Patrol pays any attention to stuff like that. I know they do in California and Canada.
I wish I could have taken a photo but I was driving. Just Crazy!!

I get bent out of shape every time I see one of those Hot Shot Drivers delivering a camper. It appears they could care less how they get it to it's destination. They never bother to adjust their hitch for TT, so the trailer goes down the road as you said, nose down. You would think the manufacturer wouldn't let them off the lot with them set up like that.
