Remove the negative battery cable. With the camper unplugged from both shore power and the tow vehicle this will shut off 12V power to everything. That done, look for more than one wire/cable connected to the positive battery post or terminal block, then re-connect one at a time + negative cable to determine which positive wire powers the docking lights.

If you have a remote that controls your jacks, slides, and awning there is also a button for your docking lights, if you turn them on with the remote the switch on the RV will not turn them off. It took me over a day to figure it out on mine.

I can't check my RV (its 2500 miles away in storage) but I had a similar problem but not exactly the same. My security lights stay on, along with clearance lights) if hooked up to TV (tow vehicle). Has anyone experienced any thing similar?
