I see a major problem with your picture. There is no baffle or any thing I can see that will divert 100% of the incoming air through the lower vent up through the coils through the major needed area, Air flow through the condenser fins. You are not trying to remove heat from the compartment, you want 100% of that air flow going through the consener fins, before it's allowed to exit through the upper vent. Without air through the condenser fins, your cooling unit will not cool, since heat is not removed. When a cooling unit pulls heat from the inside of your refrigerator it carries that heat to the condenser fins to be removed by air flow. The more that's removed the colder the refrigerator inside, faster cooling as well. Build a baffle to divert air from the gap i see, coils to RV wall, blocking all the air from going around or exiting to soon.
