Well, we don't have a 2007, but we do have a 2004 Mobile Suites 36RE3 that was delivered in 8/04. We've really enjoyed ours and have had only the niggling little problems associated with any new RV, but I've taken care of those myself as they would arise. The only time it has been back to the shop was for 3 hours to replace a failed slideout gear drive, but the new ones use hydraulic slideout drives, so that really doesn't apply to a 2007.

I'm sure that, like any other RV, you'll have those like us who wouldn't consider anything else and others who don't share that opinion.

Whatever you wind up purchasing, good luck in your search and may you enjoy many years of happy RVing.

We have the 38RL3 and love the thing. It had issues when we took delivery but as we were about to leave on our "snowbird" trek south we were invited to come to the factory to make the necessary adjustments. JMHO, but I think it's the best bang for the buck out there.
