Drop down vs Wall Hung TV in 5r

Perhaps our next floor plan if/when we trade up will be the 5r with the Rear Entertainment. We have seen it with options of wall hung TV and with the Drop down into cabinet.
We have been talking about the pros and cons of that. Curious if others have that and or which is the best option.

The drop down styles that I have seen are clever in that they disappear when not in use. The down side is there is one viewing angle. The wall mounts can pivot and move in and out and be viewed from different seating positions. An example for us is we normally watch from the rear recliners, occasionally from the couch, but I like the morning news and can watch it from the dining table by swinging the screen out and point it in that direction.

I guess it all depends on use and viewing habits. Oh, get as big a screen as you can if there is an upgrade option available.

I recently saw a side entertainment floorplan that looked really nice. There are windows behind the television, and when the TV is in the down position, the windows on three sides make it feel really open and airy.
